Although testing standards are allegedly enforced by the Department of Defense, a lot of what goes down to achieve the certification varies from company to company. What is a NAS?

Video teams can take up a dangerous amount of an IT team’s time and resources. As you know it can be a huge time and productivity suck, especially as file sizes and quantities grow at a staggering pace (8K anyone?), but we’re here to tell you that shared storage can improve that. Now, you might be a little worried about your coworkers being all up in your files. But we promise, shared storage is better for everyone.

SAN vs. NAS the eternal question. How can the same three letters, in a different order, make such a huge difference in cost, performance, reliability, and general headachiness?
