A 'Quad Interface' with FireWire 800, FireWire 400, USB 2.0, and eSATA connnections enables the Mercury Elite Pro Dual to reach speeds up to 300MB/s. Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 4-Bay RAID Built for demanding, performance-intensive professional applications, the OWC Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 utilizes four 3.5" SATA hard drives in its four hot-swappable drive bays to deliver a professional-grade RAID solution capacity up to 16.0TB. In addition to offering massive storage/backup capacity in a desktop-sized footprint, the Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 features a 'Quad Interface' of FireWire 800, FireWire 400, USB 2.0, and eSATA ports with data transfer speeds of up to 300MB/s.

Pre-configured in a Hardware RAID 5 mode to provide data redundancy, the Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 has a front panel selector switch that enables easy configuration of the hardware RAID settings (NRAID, 0, 1, 5, 10), so users can select the best combination of speed, capacity, redundancy, or any combination of the three.
