Other World Computing and Axiotron Announce Strategic Partnership

Technology solutions provider Other World Computing (OWC) and solution hardware manufacturer Axiotron, Inc. today announced a strategic partnership to bring Axiotron’s upcoming digital lifestyle products to the North American market.
Following an undisclosed equity investment from OWC in Axiotron, the two companies have formed a comprehensive strategic alliance under which OWC will serve as the exclusive North American sales and distribution aggregate for all Axiotron digital lifestyle products.
Under the agreement OWC will operate the central warehouse of Axiotron products distributed throughout the Americas and will be the exclusive distributor to United States resellers. OWC also will sell directly to end-users in North America and worldwide in countries without local Axiotron representation via www.macsales.com, ranked one of the top computer and technology products e-commerce sites on the World Wide Web.
